Wargames  Holiday 

The Battle for Normandy turns East on August 1st with

General Patton's newly formed US 3rd Army. Your Tour follows the southern breakout route as it turns north.

Day 1 Travel Day

Afternoon Arrival - 3 Course Dinner  at l'Hôtel de Hercé

Day Two:

• Your tour commences with the dramatic capture of the Bridge over the Mayenne River,

• We follow the footsteps of the US 90th Infantry Division on its drive north to close the Falaise Pocket.

• Driving from the south to Argentan, stopping at several memorials and significant sites en route. 

• Then we switch to the Canadians at Trun and follow the Canadian push to Chambois. 

• Visit the museum at Mt Ormel and the heroic stand of the isolated Polish armoured Brigade on the ridgeline.

• Then we visit the Vimoutiers Tiger 1 tank;

• Returning to Falaise for afternoon tea;

• Bagnolles de l'Orne for .Drinks & dinner 

Day Three  

Wargame 20mm ww2,

• Lunch supplied

• Several Normandy Wargame Battle options

• Dinner at your choice of in-city restaurant

Day Four

Departure day, transfers included to Laval TGV Train to Paris
